In April 2016 we set foot on the property for the first time…

… which is the place where we will use our strength and energy and possible financial means to create a project that will be in harmony with all our ideas of sustainability, aesthetics, love for people and nature.

We decide to sell our house in Innsbruck, which is home to us and our children, in order to create something new here. We become aware that we have to let go and say goodbye in order to have the financial means to realize our dream here.

We are fortunate to meet don Juan Galindo and to find mutual sympathy. Thanks to his effort to find a solution and his openness to our creative proposals, we buy half of his 6 hectares of agricultural land in a Natura 2000 nature reserve.

In many visits to the authorities in Cadiz and Vejer we try to clarify what options are available to us for the realization of a tourism project.
