Now the exciting phase of construction planning begins…

We spend many days brainstorming and having vigorous, constructive discussions. We develop and approach each other.

Peter begins with sketches and plans, which are repeatedly adapted after observing the property and talking to people from here.

The position of the sun, soil and forest cover must be taken into account, as must legal requirements and our ideas.

Spanish and Andalusian building laws need to be translated and read and it soon becomes essential to know your way around. In various offices we are repeatedly told that one or the other is unfortunately not legally possible. If Peter then throws a corresponding paragraph into the conversation, many things suddenly become feasible.

Soon it becomes clear that we want to build tree houses in this forest, our ideas are just bubbling out of us….sauna, adventure playground, path of the senses, fields, fruit trees, animals…..

The planning phase is completed at the end of June. However, we still cannot buy the property because the property division is not yet official, so no applications can be made yet.

In July 2016 we have to vacate our holiday apartment for 6 weeks. It is rented very expensively in the summer. We pack our things in boxes and put them under.
