Peter meets with various builders on the property to discuss initial work and get cost estimates.

Lilith and Andrea visit various regional family nurseries to prepare the first fruit tree plantings for January and also to collect prizes. Soil samples are taken, books are read, the internet is searched for experiences with fruit growing and permaculture. We realize that we have to make many experiences ourselves.

There are many official channels. The land dedication to a tourism project must be applied for urgently. If we apply before the end of this year, with a lot of luck we can start building at the end of 2017.

For the time being, we are only submitting a planning application for the driveway. This can probably be approved in mid-February. Otherwise we have no direct access to our property.

We also apply for tree pruning.

Cristobal xxx is commissioned by us to support and accompany us in submitting the land dedication for a tourism project.
