…We start planning and building a fence around the property…

We’re not thrilled that one of our first jobs is to build a fence, a border, of all things. Unfortunately, this step seems necessary to us in order to protect the planned fruit trees from the donkeys of the neighbors.

Likewise, the first planted palm tree and the ropes on which we had attached car tires for the children have “disappeared”. So we have to show animals and people that the property is no longer deserted…
